We actively engage with the Tessaban, the town hall authority responsible for overseeing land development and construction regulations. Our purpose is to verify whether any specific building restrictions are applicable to the land you are interested in. Additionally, we ascertain if there are any requirements for obtaining a right of way to access your plot.
